Canterberry Crossing is the public name of the neighborhood but legally it is known as The Villages of Parker. Expect to find homes for sale from $365,000’s to $759,000 in the Canterberry Crossing neighborhood. The Canterberry Crossing neighborhood is so convenient to the Town of Parker that you can actually walk into town if needed for the festivals and town events.

Canterberry Crossing is also home to the private Black Bear Golf Course. This is a private golf course with very reasonable membership options. It's probably one of the best deals for golf membership in the Parker area. Black Bear used to be one of my favorite places to play golf in Parker before I had kids and no longer have time to play. 

Location of Canterberry Crossing Neighborhood:

Canterberry Crossing is located on the east side of town off East Mainstreet in Parker, Colorado in Douglas County. You can also easily access the neighborhood from Hess Road on the South side of Parker. Access to I-25 is now super easy since Mainstreet and Hess Road are both opened up all the way to I-25. Take your pick as either way is easy. Commute times to the DTC are in the 20 to 30 minute range depending on traffic and Downtown Denver, Colorado can be done in 35 to 45 minutes depending on traffic. During the day when traffic is low you can easily get into downtown Denver in 30 minutes.

Canterberry Crossing Neighborhood School:

Canterberry Crossing has two neighborhood Elementary Schools. Frontier Valley Elementary SchoolandPioneer Elementary School are both a part of the Douglas County School System and are considered a high ranking schools. Here are all the homes for sale that feed into Pioneer Elementary School and Frontier Valley Elementary School.Pioneer and Frontier Valley Elementary School like many other Douglas County schools accepts open enrollment for children outside the Pioneer feeder zone. Open enrollment happens only for a short period during the year so please access the Douglas County School System website for that information.

Does not included snow removal on your driveway and sidewalk unless you live in the condos.
