Stonegate Neighborhood Garage Sale 2014

It’s time for the 2014 Stonegate Neighborhood Garage Sale in Parker, CO.

This is by far the largest garage sale in Parker, Colorado each year. Participation is usually very high and there will be buyers from all over the state. I start receiving calls about the Stonegate Garage sale in February of each year with people asking when the next one will be.

May 30th and 31st, 2014 are the dates for the Annual Stonegate Neighborhood Garage Sale.

• May 30th and 31st 2014.
• Day 1 usually starts around 8:00 am and runs until around 5:00 pm.
• Day 2 usually runs from around 9:00 am until 3:00 pm.
• Stonegate is 3 miles east if the Lincoln and I-25 exit. You cannot miss the signs.
• Drive carefully and slowly through out the Stonegate Neighborhood. Kids are out of school and this is a fun time for them. Please drive carefully and keep a close eye out for kids playing.

If you have visited the annual Stonegate Garage Sale in years past you know that many sellers and buyers are out much earlier than the announced 8:00 start time. Many of the best deals are found between 7:00 and 8:00 in the morning on the first day and at the very end of the day on Saturday.

I’ve seen college students fully equip their apartments for the coming year at this garage sale. There will be a lot of traffic so be prepared with patience as people will be parking all over the streets and driving like idiots.
