The entire Denver Metro housing market had 5,834 active single family homes on the market at the end of January 2013 and that is actually 30.18% lower than just one year ago. The Denver Colorado housing market also had 3,535 homes under contract at the end of January 2013. The number of under contract homes on the market was up 24.56% from just one year ago.
