Pradera Golf Club homes prices up 12% in 1st quarter of 2014.

Two crazy things have come out of the first quarter 2014 in Pradera home sales. 1. A homes sold for an amazing $400 per square foot. (above ground sqft.) 2. The average price per above ground sqft is now above the $200 mark with a current average right at 217.70. At the end of 2013 the entire year average was $193.99.

A ranch style home at 4776 Bandera Place sold for a whopping $400 per sqft. Yes it is a beautiful home and probably worth every penny.

Notice that only one of the homes sold and closed in the first quarter was a new build home. The resale home market is doing great in Parker and especially Pradera.
