Meridian Village Parker, Colorado
A few weeks ago I was working with one of my current home buyers here in Parker, Colorado. After showing resale homes to them all over Douglas County (Parker, Castle Rock and Elizabeth) we stopped by a new home subdivision and they fell in love. Meritage Homes is building a new home section in the Meridian Village Subdivision in Parker, Colorado. It did not take long for them to latch onto the idea of a new home and see the great value and amenities offered by the new home community.

Bike Path Meridian Village
The location and amenities are the two major selling points of this neighborhood. As building to the South and East of Parker continues it will only make Meridian Village more appealing. Less than 3 miles from the Lincoln and I-25 interchange and RTD Light Rail Park and Ride homes in Meridian Village will always be an easy sell. Grocery stores, convenience stores and plenty of restaurants are all just outside the main entrance to the neighborhood. You can easily get to Park Meadows Mall within 10 to 15 minutes and Parker Adventist or Sky Ridge Hospitals are with 3 miles too.
The neighborhood amenities are worth a serious look too. Low $65 monthly HOA fees get you a great pool area with changing rooms, picnic areas and a large pool deck. Walking and bike paths are mostly already installed with access that will eventually hook up to the Cherry Creek Bike Path. Playgrounds and neighborhood pocket parks are already in place and more will be added as the building continues.
