5. Stonegate

Stonegate is a popular neighborhood in Parker, Co with lots of homes and residences. It is located on the southern side of E-470 across from Cottonwood. With access to both Parker Road and E-470, the neighborhood is also convenient to the airport and Denver Tech Center. Stonegate also offers its own community center, complete with pools, tennis courts, gazebos, and room rentals.
