Challenger Park Estates Neighborhood in Parker Colorado has come a long way since these homes were first built by Continental Homes back in 2000 and 2001. I remember walking through this neighborhood (before we had kids) when it was just a field with my Golden Retriever and she would chase prairie dogs and rabbits. We used to cut through the open field to get to Challenger Park Recreation Center to go swimming and play basketball. You can get very reasonable memberships to the Challenger Park Rec Center and enjoy all of their amenities as a family or a single membership. It’s much more reasonable than joining Lifetime.

Location!

Challenger Park neighborhood definitly has one of the best locations in all of Parker and possibly Douglas County. Challenger Park neighborhood is centrally located to all the top schools like North Star Academy Charter School, Mammoth Heights Elementary School, Parker Core Knowledge Charter School, Challenge To Excellence Charter School and Southeast Christian School. Three of these schools are easily walkable or rideable from Challenger Park.

Easy Access to Transportation

Need transportation like RTD, Light Rail, bus, major roads, quick access to shopping or a fast commute to work? Challenger Park Estates is one minute to E-470, a five minute walk to the RTD park and ride bus stop and about 10-15 minutes to the Lone Tree light rail station.

Neighborhood Parks and Trails

Another great feature of this neighborhood is the neighborhood parks and you have direct access to the the Cherry Creek Trail System. The awesome neighborhood park is called Pam Daale Park and was named after one of Denver’s most love weather forecasters. Pam was a resident of this neighborhood and a favorite on Channel 7 NEWS. To get to the Cherry Creek Bike Path you do not have to cross any major roads. You simple ridge the inter-neighborhood trail system to gain direct access to the full Cherry Creek Bike Path. Most of the Cherry Creek Trail system is paved and easy to navigate.
