This is up by 5 homes, and $57k in average sales price since our last Top Selling Neighborhoods Parker Colorado Real Estate Market Update for 01/01/2018-04/30/2018. That’s up by 2.83% in just 1 season! Summer is ALWAYS a busy time for Home Sales in Parker, CO and this year was no different.

From 05/01/2018 – 07/31/2018 The Top Selling Neighborhoods WEST of Parker Road recorded 212 Home Sales with an Average Sales Price of $514,507. Homes were on the market for an average of 20 days.
