The answer is that there were equal numbers of homes sold in March, May, July and August with 3 closing in each of those months. December had 2 closings and February and April only had one closing each. I will tell you that I put 4 homes in the Timbers under contract from November 1, 2017 to January 5, 2018. So winter is always a great time to sell and you will certainly have less competition.
