New homes, townhomes and condos. According to The City of Lone Tree you can expect to see as many as 4,000 new residences from single family to townhomes and condos.

Light Rail will be a huge bump to housing values. There are already three new Light Rail stations under construction. The new stations will be next to SkyRidge Medical Center and two more stations on the east side of I-25 south of Lincoln.
