This is big NEWS because there is a very limited supply of available and future custom home lots in Douglas County Colorado. Builders are scrambling to find good lots that will accommodate custom homes.
The last development was two years ago in Filing 30-A and it comprised 25 lots that are currently being built on. There was a huge demand for these 25 lots and they sold quickly. At last count I believe there were 14 homes completed or well on their way to being completed. Most will be completed by the end of 2016 or early 2017. Many already have happy homeowners living in them.

So, if you like one of their plans they can of course build it for you much quicker than designing one from the ground up. Of course you can tweak the plans to your liking.
