What do home buyers love about The Timbers and why should you consider buying or building in this neighborhood?
The Timbers is 100% custom homes. There are no “track built” homes here. Lots average about half an acre in size and have plenty of trees, trees, and more trees. Many have views of the mountains or rolling pasture land and many back to open space, greenbelts and/or wildlife corridors. Some will have all of the above. There are a few lots that will be at or above 1 acre in size but those are usually “choice lots” and you will pay more. Expect privacy but not total seclusion. Yes there are many, many kids here for your children to play with. I have an 8 and 11 year old and they are never short of playmates or plenty of things to do.
Expect plenty of walking paths throughout the neighborhood and expect to see people out using the paths or a regular basis. The Timbers is a friendly neighborhood with all ages. There are new families with young kids, established families with kids in Middle and High School and of course empty nesters.
