I highlight specific neighborhoods and cover a wide range of topics from just cool photos to detailed market reports to fun things to do with kids in Colorado. Sometimes I just rant about current issues in our local Parker, CO real estate market.

I’ve been writing and maintaining this Parker Colorado Real Estate blog since 2007.

This update brings my blog up to current Google standards to maximize Google rankings which will also gain maximize exposure for the homes I list for sale and advertise on this site. This site is fully responsive meaning it will load correctly on your smartphone, tablet, iPad or whatever web enabled device you choose to use.

While I try to update and write new articles on relevant topics weekly that can be very difficult to maintain during the busy Spring and Summer months. Most articles will be posted during the Fall and Winter months with quarterly market reports done throughout the year. Many of my articles come from having to do CMAs or Competitive Market Analysis for homes I’m about to list for sale. Since I have to run stats and sales numbers for listings I felt compelled to go ahead and start posting that data to my blog instead of just sitting on it and filing it away on my computer. This information is hugely valuable to home buyers and sellers.

I’ve spent so much time building this blog for my clients and future clients that I even had a Map built so inbound relocation buyers could see a map of local Parker, CO neighborhoods.  Enjoy and feel free to let me know if you have any questions, comments or article requests.
