Probably the most highly desired price range in Parker, CO and Douglas County is the $300,000 to $450,000 price range. Competition is tough in that market right now. I keep hearing that nothing is available in the prie range from other Realtors and home buyers. As of today there are 65 homes active on the market in Parker in this price range so Im not sure what people are talking about when they say nothing is available.
