For the first half of the year from January 1st to June 1st 2014 the number of sold and closed homes is down by 19% compared to the same time period last year. This is not a healthy market by any measure. By June 1st in 2013 we had 847 sold and closed homes in Parker. As of June 1st 2014 we have just 686 sold and closed homes.

The availability of homes priced under $250,000 in the Parker CO real estate market is almost non existent. Currently there are 4 single family detached homes for sale in Parker for under $250,000.
Renters are paying the highest rents ever recorded yet they continue to rent. Home sellers that normally would be downsizing, moving up or just upgrading to better homes are sitting on the sidelines.
