Yep it true. The Real Estate Yak is getting a total remodel and new design. Within the next few weeks when you stop in for a visit this site will be totally different looking. We will keep a few of the design themes so you won’t feel like you are house hunting on some other site but overall the function and availibilty of information will be much easier.

Hunting for homes in South Metro Denver Colorado will be a super easy experience as I’m trying to remove as many clicks as possible before you can actually see homes for sale.

An example will be a massive list of pre-defined searches for homes. The homes will be searchable by price range, schools, city,neighborhood,zip code etc. With one click of the mouse you will be immediatley taken to a page that show you every home for sale in a specific schools zone and price range. No more trying to figure out confusing data entry for many different real estate web sites.
