Just a few short years ago it was a little known site but now it’s one of the top sites in the world. People and especially HOME BUYERS love seeing videos of properties they are considering buying. I have actually sold homes over the internet to buyers that have never seen the homes in person. We believe in video and the power of video on potential buyers.

Pricing Your Home For Sale In A Rising Market
As of May 2013 the real estate market in Parker, Colorado and Douglas County is on fire. Prices are climbing and homes are selling but there is still confusion about pricing your home for sale in a rising market. The market is rising and the sellers have most of the bargaining power but I still see confusion and completely incorrect pricing on homes in many neighborhoods. I see this daily. Home sellers are leaving money on the table. I don't know if it's their Realtor that is giving them bad advice or the seller is under pricing their home but either way sellers are losing money.
