Video is now one of the most important factors when preparing your home to sell. Video has very quickly become a major player in the real estate industry.

“I’ve had excellent success using video to sell my real estate listings. Typically homes that I shoot professional video for sell within a week to 10 days after the video hits the web. It doesn’t matter if it’s a million dollar mansion or $400,000 track home. It works. Let me show you how.”

Video can make or break your home sale. I’m not talking about poor quality amature video done by a Realtor. I’m talking about professionally shot, on screen talent,  Television grade commercials for your home. A commercial that potential homes buyers will want to watch and spark them to make the effort to set an appointment to come and view your home.

Video is a powerful tool in real estate that MOST brokers just do not understand. The two reasons they don’t use it or understand it are; 1. It’s expensive. 2. It’s technical and it takes effort.

“Be sure to preview the videos on the right hand side of this page to see what I’m talking about. These are top quality videos of properties that I have sold in Parker, Colorado.”

People now spend more time online watching videos than watching TV. YouTube has some amazing stats that the majority of Americans will find mind blowing. I’ll show a few below but if you want to see them all go to this article about YouTube Stats.

Why video is so important when selling your home.

  • Over 3 billion videos are viewed a day.
  • More video is uploaded to YouTube in one month than the 3 major US networks created in 60 years.
  • YouTube’s demographic is broad: 18-54 years old.
  • YouTube reached over 700 billion playbacks in 2010.
  • 800M unique users visit YouTube each month.
  • 150 years of YouTube video are watched every day on Facebook (up 2.5x year/year) and every minute more than 500 tweets contain YouTube links (up 3x y/y)
  • Nearly 17 million people have connected their YouTube account to at least one social service (Facebook, Twitter, Orkut, Buzz, etc.

I sold this home in 8 days after it  had been on the market with another broker for almost two years.”

The videos I create for the homes that I sell receive hundreds of views in the very first week they are online and after a month most of my videos will have been viewed over 1,000 times by perspective home buyers.

By using video, YouTube and Google I can have your home usually #1 in the Google searches and always in the top 3-4. Meaning, when someone searches for you home they will find the professionally shot video to view instead of some syndicated listing info they we have no control over. Let’s control how your property is presented to the market.

Video does come hand in hand with a little work required by the homeowner. I will help you with this but you will be expected to have the home in pristine condition. Video will show flaws if there are any so be prepared to whip the home into perfect showing shape.

I will be bringing a full film crew, talent and even home staggers and designers with me to the shoot to make sure your home is presented in the best possible way to the public. This is a professional operation with no expense spared.

If you are considering selling your home and would like for me to come give you a presentation of why and how I will use video and online marketing to sell your home please give me a call. Steven Beam 303-941-4663

Please realize that video and online marketing are just two of the ways we focus on to sell your home. They are merely two of the tools we use to attract home buyers.

I couldn’t agree with you more. The sale of a home is (most often) the largest transaction someone ever takes part in. It needs to be marketed well. Watched a few of your videos, very nice work! Also loved how you mentioned the SEO aspect of video – so many people overlook that.
