Bradbury Ranch is another “favorite” Parker Colorado neighborhood. A few years ago Bradbury Ranch grew in size with the addition of Auburn Hills across Mainstreet. The new sections added several hundred homes to the neighborhood.

New Clubhouse for the Stonegate Pool

Stonegate neighborhood in Parker Colorado is receiving a massive remodel/face lift/addition to the “SOUTH” pool and looks like it should be completed pretty soon. My kids are excited and cannot wait for the new kids pool.

This was a total shock to most residents as most had no idea this was even on the schedule to be done. Even better it didn’t cost any Stonegate homeowners any extra money.

I can’t wait to see the inside of this new clubhouse and pool are when it’s done. I can see that there will be some nice parties this summer in this new space.

There is no doubt that this massive improvement will help the home sales in the Stonegate neighborhood.

Have you seen the construction going on at the South Pool in the Stonegate neighborhood located in Parker Colorado? We are about to have the South Pool totally updated and added to. Form what I can tell it looks like the major improvements to the pool will be…

  • New Kids pool with a zero depth entry, fountains and a huge curly slide. YEAH!
  • Brand new large concessions area with clubhouse and meeting/party rooms. YEAH!
  • Expanded pool deck with more chairs and there is rumored to be more shaded areas for parents with small kids and those of us not wanting to sit in the sun. YEAH!

Hail Damage in Parker, Colorado. Roof Replacement.

The Stonegate neighborhood in Parker Colorado was severely hit with a hail storm in early June. Over the next week we were repeatedly pounded with afternoon hail storms, rain and high winds. Many homes and cars were damaged and insurance claims are a daily occurrence. Hail storms are not new to our area but the devastating hail we did receive was uncommon. For the small section of Stonegate that I live in I do know that of the 7 homes that filed claims 5 of us so far have been approved for new roof replacements. Today they are working on replacing our roof so I thought I would share a few photos below.

The mess and especially the noise makes working out of the house impossible. I’ve stopped by twice to check on the progress and they keep telling me that they will be done today. We’ll see. The roofing foreman said 17 guys will be here to apply the roof after the felt paper is applied.

The insurance adjuster that came out to inspect the damage said our roof had double the required damage needed to qualify for replacement. They measured out an area of 100 square feet on the roof and counted the missing, damaged and freshly split shakes. She was up there for several hours tallying up the damage and filling out her report. All she said to me was “Looks like you will be getting a new roof!”
