Highlands Ranch Real Estate Market Report September 2009
Oct 10th 09
Highlands Ranch is a good steady market. There hasn’t been any real drastic changes in the market from this year to last year. Homes for sale in Highlands Ranch will sell quickly. Most of the homes my buyers have offered on this year have had multiple offers and sold very quickly. That statement is reinforced by the Absorption Rate which is only 4 months worth of inventory on the market right now.
This Highlands Ranch real estate report is for September 2009. YTD.
- Average DOM = 79.
- Average Sales Price = $368,593.
- YTD Sold and Closed Homes = 1,165.
- Active Listings 687.

Castle Rock Colorado Real Estate Stats Market Report

Here is the September 2009 real estate market report and stats for Douglas County West which includes Castle Rock and surrounding areas. Castle Rock real estate is doing ok compared to many other areas. I think everyone I show homes to in Castle Rock loves it. The views and landscape are beautiful. - Average Days on Market = 158 now versus 122 just one year ago.
- New Active Listings = 1,311 that are active right now.
- Sold Homes YTD for 2009 = 1,078 versus 1,238 sold by this time last year.
