Gaspare's Restaurant in Parker Colorado
Gaspare’s is a restaurant and a bakery located in Parker, Colorado. The bakery is next door to the restaurant and it all looked very good and there wasn’t a lot left buy 1:00 in the afternoon. The Strawberry Cheesecake really looked good. It’s another great way to have fun in Parker, Colorado.
If you are looking for a nice place for lunch try their lunch buffet. Not a huge selection but all the food was very good and fresh. My wife loved the Jalapeno Corn Chowder.
I tried the sausage and peppers, pasta and broccoli and the tomato with goat cheese salad. It was all very good and fresh. I recommend it highly. It’s nice to finally see parker attracting new family owned businesses to the Mainstreet area.
It appeared that they have outdoor seating too but it was 8 degrees today so we decided on interior seating. We’ll be back in the Spring and Summer for outdoor seating and a coffee and pastry.

This little French bakery in Parker, Colorado is so good I can’t actually believe we have one right in our backyard. La Baguette is always fresh and always good. I stop in for lunch or breakfast and pickup fresh bread or croissants for dinner. Use it or lose it. It’s a great place to just hang out and eat fresh sweets.
We also order pastries for dinner parties and they will have the ready to go when you want them.
