Have you seen the construction going on at the South Pool in the Stonegate neighborhood located in Parker Colorado? We are about to have the South Pool totally updated and added to. Form what I can tell it looks like the major improvements to the pool will be…

  • New Kids pool with a zero depth entry, fountains and a huge curly slide. YEAH!
  • Brand new large concessions area with clubhouse and meeting/party rooms. YEAH!
  • Expanded pool deck with more chairs and there is rumored to be more shaded areas for parents with small kids and those of us not wanting to sit in the sun. YEAH!

Stonegate Real Estate Market Report…What homes sell for in Stonegate.

I cannot wait to get to the pool this coming summer. We have needed these improvements for a few years now and I’m sure we will all be happy! Good job Stonegate!
