If you double the price of those $50 to $100,000 condos, that is where the condo market starts in Sonoma County. With screaming bidding wars because they are selling for half what they did a few years ago. Lots of short sales, some of which are closing. Here we have parents of students at Sonoma State University buying condos for their kids in school. Nice blog! Wow Steven–what bargains!
