Video-Sweet Investment Property in Elizabeth Colorado

One of my clients picked up a nice investment property in Elizabeth Colorado today. This was an REO -Real Estate Owned- property right in the heart of Elizabeth. We did have to jump through some hoops to get the bank all the way to closing but it was worth it.
The house is located in a cul-de-sac, two story, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with about 1500 square feet. Purchase price $150,000 at 4.5% interest on a 30 year fixed loan. Kuh-CHING!
